Ken Blewitt has been a butcher in Canberra since January 1978 when he commenced his apprenticeship. He has worked in privately owned butcher shops as well as major retail companies, which has given him a broad range of skills and experience in the meat industry.

As the owner of Lanyon Valley Meats, Ken is looking forward to providing customer service that is second to none. Not only offering a wide variety of meat products but a significant knowledge on the preparation and presentation of these products.
